BlockPeer allows users to easily generate comprehensive financial reports for both fiat and digital assets. These reports provide a detailed overview of the organization's financial health and are essential for audits, tax filings, and financial decision-making.

Types of Reports Available

  • Trial Balance

  • Profit & Loss Report

  • Balance Sheet

  • Cash Flow Statement

  • Sales Report

  • Receivables Ageing Report

  • Payables Ageing Report

All reports seamlessly integrate digital asset and fiat transactions, offering a unified view of the company’s financials.

Steps to Generate Financial Reports

  1. Navigate to the Reports Section:

    • From the main menu, go to Reports & Journal.

  2. Choose the Report Type:

    • Once in the Reports section, select the specific report you wish to generate from the following options:

  3. Set Report Filters:

    • For most reports, you will be prompted to set various filters:

      • Date Range: Select the period you want the report to cover (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom).

      • Category: Select categories to focus on specific accounts or transactions.

      • Customer/Vendor (optional): Some reports, like receivables and payables ageing, will require you to filter by customer or vendor.

  4. Generate the Report:

    • After setting the filters, click on Generate Report. The system will pull the required data and display the report on your screen.

  5. Export the Report (Optional):

    • Once the report is generated, you can export it as a PDF or Excel file by clicking the respective export buttons.
